Booking

In Vier Poten we strive to meet all of our clients’ expectations and prepare to the best of our ability for every meeting with your dog. So we kindly ask you to follow a few rules we have.

In order to book an appointment for your dog, please contact us by sending WhatsApp or Messenger message (we will reply ASAP). To make an appointment we will need the following information from you:

• name, breed, and age of your dog,
• size of your dog,
• information about the condition of his coat (e.g. when was the last visit to the groomer),
• information on his behavior – please let us know if your dog is aggressive or anxious.
  Here is the list of our services and estimated prices.

• If you need to cancel a meeting – please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone +31 618 948 352 or send  WhatsApp or Messenger message. In case of late cancelation or no show you will be fully charged for your missed sesion . 
• Be on time – if you are more than 15 minutes late we probably won’t be able to take care of your dog that day,
• While dropping off your dog we will inform you of the estimated duration of my service – when your dog is ready you will be notified by call Whatsapp or Messenger,
• You should pick up your dog within 30 minutes after we inform you that your dog is ready in case you are late additional fee of 10€ will be charged.
• All comments and complaints about the grooming of your dog performed by us , must be communicated within 48 hours of the last visit otherwise they cannot be considered grooming related.
